Mobile cloud computing for emergency healthcare model:framework

    Get PDF
There has been recently acceptance of traditional emergency, although there are weaknesses like an wasting time for serving emergency cases and this may threaten a patientโ€™s life, information and communication technologies (ICT) have become more important in human life after its development for more than half a century with the great advantages of computing system like scalability of resources and reliability it is avoiding the system being a down if the server had issues or any bug, this paper will present Mobile cloud computing for emergency health care model (MCCEH) model using a cloud computing server, MCCEH model providing services related to healthcare in emergency cases and aim to reduce response time to save the patient's life. When a person is exposed to a health problem or a traffic accident is occurs, MCCEH model will allow users to search for the nearest medical center or nearest specialists related to specific specialization and the results will show the availability timetable for every specialist and whether he is available at this time or not, the user will be able to choose specialist / medical center based on previous experiences may able to read previous feedback and opinions

In this paper, as the first the rate equation for a four-level system in end-pumped fiber laser have been solved analytically with minimum approximation and the lasing output power versus pump power has been derived. The results were applied by a numerical solution for Nd3+ doped fiber laser. Keywords: Neodymium, rate equations, silica glass, ZBLAN glass

Image analysis model for skin disease detection: framework

    Get PDF
Skin disease is the most common disease in the world. The diagnosis of the skin disease requires a high level of expertise and accuracy for dermatologist, so computer aided skin disease diagnosis model is proposed to provide more objective and reliable solution. Many researches were done to help detect skin diseases like skin cancer and tumor skin. But the accurate recognition of the disease is extremely challenging due to the following reasons: low contrast between lesions and skin, visual similarity between Disease and non-Disease area, etc. This paper aims to detect skin disease from the skin image and to analyze this image by applying filter to remove noise or unwanted things, convert the image to grey to help in the processing and get the useful information. This help to give evidence for any type of skin disease and illustrate emergency orientation. Analysis result of this study can support doctor to help in initial diagnoses and to know the type of disease. That is compatible with skin and to avoid side effects

A Hybrid Segmentation Pattern of Partial Transmission in Computer Networks to Reduce the Complexity Level

    Get PDF
Partial transmission sequence (PTS) is seen as a related project in the framework of the Orthogonal Frequency Division รขโ‚ฌลฝMultiplexing (OFDM) to suppress the medium to high Peak-to-Average Power Ratio problem. The PTS chart data is based on dividing the back into subdivisions and their weight by combining step-by-step factors. Despite the fact that PTS can reduce the high specifications. The Computational Complexity Level (CC) limits the scope of application to match PTS use with ground applications. In PTS, there are three main distribution schemes. Interleaving projects (IL-PTS), arbitrary and alternate (PR-PTS) and Ad-PTS. In this paper, another algorithm called the Hybrid Pseudo-Random and Interleaving Cosine Wave Shape รขโ‚ฌลฝรขโ‚ฌลฝ(H-PRC-PTS) is presented and the PR-PTS equilibrium is established by stabilizing the cousin waveform between languages (S-IL-C- PTS), which was suggested in the previous work. The results showed that the proposed algorithm could reduce the validity of PAPR as a PR-PTS scheme, although the CC level was significantly reduced

Adaptive Emotional Personality Model based on Fuzzy Logic Interpretation of Five Factor Theory

    Get PDF
In recent years, emotional personality has found an important application in the field of human machine interaction. Interesting examples of this domain are computer games, interface agents, human-robot interaction, etc. However, few systems in this area include a model of personality, although it plays an important role in differentiating and determining the way they experience emotions and the way they behave. Personality simulation has always been a complex issue due to the complexity of the human personality itself, and the difficulty to model human psychology on electronic basis. Current efforts for emotion simulation are rather based on predefined set or inputs and its responses or on classical models which are simple approximate and have proven flaws. In this paper an emotional simulation system was presented. It utilizes the latest psychological theories to design a complex dynamic system that reacts to any environment, without being pre-programmed on sets of input. The design was relying on fuzzy logic to simulate human emotional reaction, thus increasing the accuracy by further emulating human brain and removing the pre-defined set of input and its matched output

Resilient IEEE802.15.4MAC Protocol for Multi-Hop Mesh Wireless Sensor Network

    Get PDF
The success of a modern power grid system is inevitably based on the integration of a smart data exchange amid several devices in power production, transportation, dispatching and loads. For large coverage data exhange, a distributed multi-hop mesh is structured from low voltage distribution boards to the substations. Thus, being cheap, less power intake, easy set-up and operating in a free licensed spectrum, ZigBee/IEEE802.15.4 makes the most suitable wireless protocol for communicating in power grid systems. Nevertheless, IEEE802.15.4MAC protocol lacks a mechanism to enable a multi-hop mesh network with efficient energy and quality of service (QoS). Hence, in this paper, a Multi-Hop Mesh IEEE802.15.4MAC protocol is designed for a large coverage data exchange. This developed model provides a resilient network with energy efficiency and QoS. Hence, the IEEE802.15.4 super_frame_standard_structure is modified by swapping the contention_free period (CFP) and contention_access_period (CAP) for time sensitive applications. For network resilience, a Reserved_Broadcast Duration_Slot (RB_DS) is introduced in the active super_frame standard_structure as beacon_offset reference time computation. Finally, for the network performance analysis, the developed Markov chain_Model with retry and saturated traffic regime without feedback is run on NS-2 simulator. Here, the hidden terminal problem is not considered since it is assumed that all nodes can "hear" each other. The simulation results are encouraging as the developed IEEE802.15.4MAC protocol is capable of improving the time delivery delay up to 35.7%

Toward Efficient Low Cost Highly Accurate Emotion Speech Synthesizer,

    Get PDF
Abstract: A Text to Speech (TTS) system with the ability to express emotions is an interesting technology that is still under development. There have been multiple proposals to simulate emotion so far, and there are multiple dimensions for assessment. No system guarantees high score in all of these dimensions, this means that no system works in a direction to get low computation load, small database along with high accuracy and excellent voice quality. After all of these qualities are relative and fuzzy and there is no rigid grading system. In this paper we will propose a new path for research that will work toward improving all of the quality factors together, so that future work can come up with a more optimum solution for the emotional TTS systems
